Job Description

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the system development and operation of the computing platform for the imaging facility.

2. Responsible for IT security management of the facility, including network operational security and server system security.

3. Perform daily monitoring of the server room's equipment and software systems, promptly addressing anomalies and faults.

4. Interface with biomedical researchers based on project requirements, complete requirement gathering, analysis, and preparation of emergency response plans and change proposals as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to computer science and software engineering.

2. Priority will be given to candidates with the following skills:

   · Proficiency in high-quality code writing and software system architecture design.

   · Familiarity with at least one common programming language such as Linux Shell, Python, or Go, and code management tools like Git.

   · Responsibility for a certain open-source project within the field.

3. Familiarity with cloud service development, with experience in relevant SDK development or usage, including but not limited to AWS and Alibaba Cloud.

4. Proficiency in container technology, with skillful usage of Docker, K8S, and similar tools.

5. Familiarity with basic network knowledge, including the TCP/IP protocol stack, and common configurations of branded switches and routers.

6. Proficiency in system operation and management of MySQL, Redis, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink, Spark, and similar systems.

7. Possession of skills in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and host management.
