·Personal Profile

I specialize in cutting-edge interdisciplinary research in the fields of neuroscience, medicine, and artificial intelligence. I have made achievements in the fields of neural circuit function analysis and intelligent disease diagnosis. So far, I have published 11 papers as the first or co-first author, including articles in Cell Reports, Protein & Cell [2], Gastric Cancer [2], and Bioinformatics. The intelligent diagnostic system for gastric cancer histological and gene subtypes has been featured as the cover article in Laboratory Investigation. Additionally, the registration method for complex deformation in multi-time neural circuit imaging has been featured as the cover article in Neuroscience. I have also obtained three patents and four software copyrights. Furthermore, I won the excellent prize in the 2019 International University Student Brain Computing Competition. I have been honored with the President's Scholarship [2], the Three Good Students [2], and the Excellent Scientific Research Award of Peking University. I have been honored with the Top Ten Graduate Students, the Excellent Graduates, the National Motivation Scholarship of Beihang University.

·Research

  • Develop multimodal medical image foundation models to facilitate intelligent diagnosis of gastric cancer, brain tumors, and major mental illnesses.
  • Investigate the coding and decoding mechanisms of brain neural circuits using neuronal calcium imaging and reveal abnormal patterns of neural activity in psychiatric models.
  • Develop novel behavioral paradigms using machine vision, deep learning, and automatic control to investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of animal group behavior and cooperative behavior.
